Payroll Tax Case Administrator
A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Case Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Setup and index tax tickets and notices accurately and timely
Perform daily audits of ticket and notice data with a target of 98% accuracy
Manage unassigned aged tickets and process critical tickets within specified timeframes
Required Qualifications
High School graduate, GED, or equivalent; higher education preferred
1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
Strong analytical and research skills
Experience in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel
Willingness to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
