Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 6-8+ years of People + Culture/Human Resources experience
HR certification is strongly preferred, with demonstrated expertise in relevant areas
Proven track record of advising senior leaders and building rapport with stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data for insights
Experience working in a remote-first environment and managing sensitive matters with discretion
