People and Culture Coordinator
A company is looking for a Coordinator, People and Culture.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS, including conducting quarterly audits for accuracy
Generate and distribute HR reports and metrics, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and automation
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, providing general administrative support to the People and Culture team
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or a People and Culture team
Experience in an administrative or systems-focused role with hands-on HRMS management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
