Key Responsibilities Lead and enhance performance management cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives Design and implement leadership and manager development programs Act as a trusted partner and advisor to leaders regarding people strategies aligned with business goals Required Qualifications 5-8 years of relevant People Team experience in a startup or high-growth environment Strong knowledge of designing and implementing talent programs Ability to think strategically and execute programs in a lean organization Passion for the company's mission and commitment to creating a great workplace Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus, but not required
