People Partner Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, People Partner to lead Talent Management programs and provide HR Business Partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and enhance performance management cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Design and implement leadership and manager development programs
Act as a trusted partner and advisor to leaders regarding people strategies aligned with business goals
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of relevant People Team experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong knowledge of designing and implementing talent programs
Ability to think strategically and execute programs in a lean organization
Passion for the company's mission and commitment to creating a great workplace
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus, but not required
