PeopleSoft Functional Analyst

A company is looking for a Peoplesoft Functional Analyst II, Remote. Key Responsibilities Provide functional expertise and support for PeopleSoft system design, implementation, and functionality Collaborate with IT peers and business partners to design and maintain applications Troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft system issues while ensuring sustainable design and implementation Required Qualifications Associate's degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field, or 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience 7 or more years of work experience with implementations and functional requirements in Human Resources and Payroll modules 5 or more years of experience collaborating with Technical Analysts and Business teams Experience with testing methodologies using PeopleSoft test framework or other tools Self-motivated with a strong record of interpersonal skills
