Key Responsibilities
Tracks and verifies patient documentation for accuracy and completeness
Facilitates notification of referrals back to the referral source
Performs clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and processing incoming faxes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
0-6 months of relevant experience
Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel
Basic level skill in Microsoft Word
Preferred experience in Infusion Medical Billing/Collections or Intake/Admissions
