A company is looking for a PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst to assess and improve leave tracking and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities Evaluate current leave tracking processes and identify compliance gaps across U.S. jurisdictions Provide strategic guidance on optimizing PeopleSoft to support multi-state leave tracking Work with HR and compliance teams to ensure accurate and efficient leave administration Required Qualifications Strong experience with PeopleSoft HR, particularly HDM On-Premise Proven track record in HR systems optimization and process automation Experience with complex, multi-state organizations
