A company is looking for a PR Policy Holder Services professional. Key Responsibilities Coordinate service, sales, and support for clients through mail processing and management of electronic client files Respond to internal requests for information and produce monthly reports to ensure timely policy renewals Maintain accurate client files and assist managers with special projects as needed Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance High School Graduate; college degree preferred but not required Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products; advanced Excel knowledge preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy Experience with internet-based programs and agency management systems is preferred
