Pharmacy Program Analyst

A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Program Analyst - Remote. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate patient status information and collaborate with internal teams to expedite patient processing Identify and resolve escalated issues related to complex reimbursement and serve as a point of contact for manufacturers and patients Lead calls with manufacturers and prepare internal reports as requested Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in Specialty Pharmacy Pharmacy Technician License and National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required Ability to manage urgent and non-urgent issues effectively Experience working with diverse customer bases, including manufacturer representatives and healthcare providers
