Cybersecurity Customer Trust Director

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of customer-centric cybersecurity initiatives to enhance trust and satisfaction
Oversee proactive customer-facing cybersecurity initiatives, including education and transparent communication
Manage customer communication strategies during cybersecurity incidents to ensure transparency and clarity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or customer trust roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving customer trust initiatives
Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements
Strong experience in developing customer-facing communications that promote cybersecurity awareness
