Philanthropy Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Philanthropy Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Administer and lead the Salesforce CRM system for fundraising management, including donor information updates and report generation Develop and maintain documentation on donor processes and facilitate Moves Management meetings Conduct donor research and collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure accurate tracking of donor gifts and timely acknowledgments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience Experience with Salesforce donor management system and proficiency in using MS Office; familiarity with NetSuite ERP is a plus Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices in a nonprofit environment Ability to prioritize and organize work activities efficiently Demonstrated professionalism and teamwork skills
