Policy Change Associate
A company is looking for a Policy Change Senior Associate who will review and analyze policy change forms for compliance and completeness. Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed daily production targets of 35 health and life policy changes Deliver customer service through phone, email, and written communication Perform basic risk assessments and develop an understanding of state regulations for policy changes Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in insurance and customer service High School Diploma or GED Familiarity with policy change processes and various system platforms Strong attention to detail in data entry and policy analysis Experience with life insurance and complex health policies preferred
