Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, developing strategies to capture and analyze customer feedback
Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, utilizing advanced analytical techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into actionable product improvements
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in customer insights and market research
Deep expertise in various research methodologies and statistical analysis
Proven ability to lead and develop VoC programs
Expert knowledge of Qualtrics and proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis
Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
