Product Manager IV - Service Transformation

Key Responsibilities
Align the service transformation program to company goals and initiatives
Craft requirements to support service teams in delivering exceptional customer service
Create and maintain product roadmaps and analyze metrics for product success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; entrepreneurial experience preferred
5-8 years of software product management experience, preferably in healthcare
Experience with Agile/scrum methodologies and software development management tools like JIRA and Confluence
Proven track record in leading organizational transformation and customer service excellence
Experience in life sciences, technology, healthcare, molecular diagnostics, or biotech/pharma
