A company is looking for a Product Success Analyst to join their team. Key Responsibilities Convert strategic product decisions into operational and digital requirements Lead requirements sessions with key business subject matter experts Document process changes and collaborate on product implementation across the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience (3 years) in a healthcare organization 3 years of relevant analyst experience required Experience with data analysis, particularly with FACETS preferred Understanding of healthcare systems, including eligibility files and system error files preferred Ability to manage multiple assignments with a high level of autonomy and independence
