Project Manager, Talent Acquisition
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for various initiatives
Create process maps, training materials, and internal communications to support change management
Manage multiple projects across various departments, ensuring progress and task completion
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of formal project management experience, with at least one year in a staffing, HR, or TA environment
Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP certification strongly preferred
Experience with project management tools such as Workday, iCIMS, Monday.com, JIRA, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project
Data literate with the ability to analyze metrics and interpret dashboards
Experience in building process maps and translating them into actionable plans
