Quality Control Review Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Control Review.
Key Responsibilities
Leads and conducts Quality Control Reviews of Banking Centers and Business Banking Teams to evaluate internal control and operational effectiveness
Communicates review results, including conclusions and recommendations, both verbally and through Salesforce
Recommends modifications to the Quality Control Review program to ensure compliance with regulations and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of operations experience, including Banking Center experience
Working knowledge of audit, accounting, and information technology
Knowledge of bank policy, banking center procedures, compliance, and regulations
Driver's license and ability to travel throughout the bank's footprint
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
