Quantitative Analytics Lead Associate

A company is looking for a Quant Analytics Lead Associate. Key Responsibilities Conduct quantitative analysis on large data sets and support working groups with data structures and transformations Develop and maintain predictive and machine-learning models to address business needs Anticipate business needs and implement continuous improvements to models and processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, financial engineering, data sciences, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience; 1 year with a Master's or PhD Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL, advanced Microsoft Office Suite, and statistical programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS Understanding of model building, maintenance, and risk management processes Experience with cloud-based and distributed computing Ability to produce insights through statistical analysis and explain model findings to peers
