Radiology Software Help Desk Specialist
A company is looking for an Application Help Desk (Radiology Software/Tech) to assist customers with product information and technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-volume support for healthcare systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Document and update customer records based on interactions and develop a knowledge base of products and services
Communicate professionally with customers and collaborate with team members to ensure effective solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Application Help Desk experience
Healthcare experience with knowledge of radiology workflows and systems such as EHRs, RIS, and PACS
Strong knowledge of clinical informatics and data management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience/training
Experience with high-volume support and familiarity with HL7 message formats
