A company is looking for a Recovery and Resolution Analyst, National Remote. Key Responsibilities Investigate, recover, and resolve various types of claims for health plans, commercial customers, and government entities Initiate communication with members, providers, and other insurance companies to gather coordination of benefits Ensure adherence to state and federal compliance policies and manage subrogation claims Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age or older 2+ years of experience in Claims, Collections, or Subrogation 1+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems Ability to work standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed
