Recruiting Analytics Specialist
A company is looking for a Recruiting Analytics Specialist (Contract - Remote, US).
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end analysis of recruiting data, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support recruiting leaders and drive process improvement
Conduct regular audits of recruiting data to ensure integrity, compliance, and accuracy across systems
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in recruiting operations or talent analytics, preferably within a tech-driven organization
Solid experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalent platforms
In-depth understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and related metrics
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience
