Recruiting Operations Project Manager
A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Project Manager to oversee key projects and initiatives within the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement structured interviewer question rubrics aligned with job levels and competencies
Create and deliver training programs for recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers on best practices and candidate evaluation
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to refine and standardize interview processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment operations project management
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
