Key Responsibilities
Manage the customer services journey from pre-sales to launch, fostering trusted relationships
Drive adoption and pipeline generation through consultative selling and strategic account planning
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to exceed growth and customer satisfaction targets
Required Qualifications
10+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas
5+ years of experience in selling or delivering professional services within a software company or consulting firm
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships
Experience in managing large and complex accounts
Project/account management experience in a collaborative, matrixed environment
