A company is looking for a Regulatory Attorney to support legal and compliance matters related to various federal and state regulations. Key Responsibilities Advise internal stakeholders on complex regulatory issues, particularly concerning AI, IP, and healthcare regulations Lead the legal team in interpreting AI laws and monitor legislative developments impacting the business Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and provide timely guidance on regulatory inquiries Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership 8-10 years of experience in a large law firm or in-house setting Experience with legal issues related to AI guidelines in technology, insurance, or healthcare Understanding of regulations concerning AI, IP, Medicare, Medicaid, and privacy/data rights Strong research skills to identify relevant laws affecting business units
