Key Responsibilities Owns and plans risk/review processes for AI solutions across the enterprise Designs risk and model validation plans with milestones and independent verification Works with stakeholders to assess value and risks associated with business problems solvable by AI techniques Required Qualifications Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Operations Research 10+ years of machine learning and data science experience in high-growth companies 5+ years of management experience hiring and developing AI/ML teams Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as AIML NIST Framework and HIPAA Experience with large-language models (LLMs) and building production-grade machine learning deployments
