A company is looking for an Associate Case Manager - remote. Key Responsibilities: Manage patient case activities by connecting with transplant centers and coordinating donor searches Ensure provider satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building with transplant centers Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation for case-related work Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Healthcare, science, or related field preferred Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or science environment Basic understanding of patient case management techniques and customer service principles Proficient in Microsoft Office and multiple software applications Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation and work up to 6pm CT as needed
