Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of BDRs/SDRs to generate and qualify high-quality leads
Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on lead generation strategies and sales processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years managing a BDR/SDR team
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams to exceed pipeline and revenue targets
Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, including cold outreach and email sequences
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize processes
