Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers daily via email, addressing inquiries about products, services, and promotions
Handle retail customer service inquiries primarily for English-speaking markets, including order status and warranty issues
Encourage customers to purchase higher-priced items or upgrades for increased sales profitability
Required Qualifications
Fluency in verbal and written English; additional language skills are a plus

Amenable to working the graveyard shift, including weekends
