A company is looking for an Analyst - Retail Compliance Systems & Forms Support. Key Responsibilities Resolve system and form-related issues for internal customers (dealerships) Document customer requests and manage form libraries in dealership systems Collaborate with the Compliance Department to ensure efficient service delivery Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role Knowledge of supported systems such as CDK, DealerTrack, and others Familiarity with the automotive industry and Sales and F&I operations Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
