A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Account Representative I. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and support for Revenue Cycle operations, focusing on patient access and cash flow management Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues related to accounts receivable and cash flow Maximize patient experience and revenue by re-engineering revenue processes and improving patient satisfaction Required Qualifications Two years of relevant experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management desirable Health Care Certification (e.g., CHAM, CHAA, FHFMA) is a plus Extensive knowledge of professional fee revenue cycle or health care finance/operations preferred Previous health care experience in revenue cycle operations and Patient Access preferred Experience with mentoring or coaching staff is preferred
