A company is looking for a Mortgage Underwriter - Reverse. Key Responsibilities Evaluate risk in accordance with HECM FHA guidelines and company policies Review all aspects of loan files, including title and appraisal reports Ensure regulatory compliance and communicate loan decisions to sales channels and management Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years in mortgage loan underwriting required Reverse mortgage experience is a plus FHA Direct Endorsement strongly preferred Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but not required Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products
