A company is looking for a SCA Call Center Nurse/Telephonic RN Case Manager - Remote. Key Responsibilities Assess and coordinate care for a diverse population of members telephonically while maintaining detailed medical records Manage inbound and outbound calls for prior authorization of tests and procedures related to members' health conditions Prepare comprehensive reviews and summaries for medical appeals and treatment service requests Required Qualifications Current RN license or ability to obtain RN licensure in the relevant state 4+ years of clinical experience Experience with Microsoft Office programs Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Proven ability to implement critical thinking and decision-making skills for diverse member care
