RN Supervisor - State Arbitration

A company is looking for a Supervisor - State Arbitration to oversee and manage the staff involved in the IDRE program. Key Responsibilities Provide supervision and clinical oversight to the team of direct reports Ensure timely and accurate review and processing of dispute cases Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to resolve disputes Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Degree or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience Prior experience with clinical supervision or as a charge nurse preferred Experience in healthcare billing, coding, or dispute resolution is highly preferred
