Sales Leader, Europe
A company is looking for a Sales Leader, Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the launch and growth of the sales team in Europe, converting existing pipeline and creating future growth foundations
Recruit, coach, and mentor a diverse sales organization in the UK
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product departments to implement sales strategies
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Sales experience, with 6+ years in Sales Leadership, preferably in Europe
Experience with both Product-Led Sales (PLS) and Enterprise Sales
Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions
Experience in accelerating partnerships in collaboration with partner teams
Multi-lingual abilities are a plus
