Sales Solutions Engineer
A company is looking for a Sales Solutions Engineer to act as a key technical advisor to customers and support the sales team in driving new business.
Key Responsibilities
Master and demonstrate Safety Management software to customers through presentations
Provide pre-sales support by assessing customer needs and collaborating on proposals
Develop Statements of Understanding and Scope of Work for complex client deliveries
Required Qualifications
A degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer in a SaaS organization
Familiarity with EHS/QMS software or Chemical Management software is a plus
Strong understanding of SaaS-based software, HTML, JavaScript, APIs, and web technologies
Experience working directly with clients in technical demonstrations and solution design
