SAP LMS Business Analyst
A company is looking for an SAP LMS Business Analyst to provide functional and technical support for the global Human Capital Management System.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical module lead for the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage bi-annual SAP releases
Participate in project planning, configuration, testing, and implementation of HR technology solutions
Provide Tier 3 support for Learning Management issues and assist in training and documentation for business users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business Administration preferred
3-5 years of experience with Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) and SAP SuccessFactors
Experience managing and optimizing Learning, Talent, and Performance modules in SAP SuccessFactors
Functional understanding of HR processes and workflows
Vendor management experience preferred
