Scheduler for Outpatient Services

A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler Remote. Key Responsibilities Schedule, cancel, and reschedule outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics Obtain and verify patient information to ensure accurate scheduling and registration Communicate scheduling changes and respond to patient and staff needs effectively Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent State criminal background check, and federal if applicable, as required for state department of health regulated areas Ability to sit for extended periods of time Experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling guidelines is a plus
