Key Responsibilities:
Manage and provide technical guidance for client benefits websites, including updates and quality assurance testing
Respond to client inquiries and resolve tickets within 24 hours, ensuring thorough knowledge of internal systems
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and drive continuous process improvements
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in benefits administration or client services roles
2+ years of project management experience
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical skills for strategic decision-making
