Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and execute talent strategies
Manage full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
Required Qualifications
Current U.S. work authorization
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of executive level recruiting experience
Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM or ATS, LinkedIn, and Boolean internet research
