Senior Benefits Manager
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, U.S. Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the U.S. benefits team and oversee the design and negotiation of benefits plans
Manage the annual open enrollment cycle and ensure compliance with audits and plan testing
Establish partnerships with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects related to benefits strategies
Required Qualifications
BS or BA or equivalent experience/training in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
10+ years of relevant benefits and staff management experience for a multi-state employer
Strong program and vendor management experience
Knowledge of regulatory landscape including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, and COBRA
Proficiency with HRIS and understanding of payroll concepts
