A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst Corporate Integration. Key Responsibilities Support the creation and implementation of an Enterprise Integration Playbook for transactions Assist integration managers in establishing a governance structure to mitigate integration risks Manage the integration management office (IMO) or separation management office (SMO) in support of the VP Corporate Integrations Required Qualifications Degree or equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience in M&A transactions, integrations, and separations Healthcare experience preferred, especially in the pharma value chain or oncology Experience with carve-out, joint venture, and public company transactions preferred Strong project management skills and ability to build credible relationships across teams Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong capability in problem-solving
