A company is looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to oversee CRM channels and drive customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic initiatives focused on customer lifecycle and engagement
Lead the creation and management of retention and engagement initiatives through various CRM channels
Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns, including strategy, monitoring, reporting, and analysis
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of hands-on experience managing CRM programs, preferably with a consumer subscription product
Experience with Iterable and complex marketing automation/CRM systems
Knowledge of customer segmentation, list management, and deliverability
Passion for data-driven marketing and building impactful programs
Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
