Senior Customer Tech Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Tech Support Engineer III.
Key Responsibilities
Research, design, and develop software solutions based on user needs
Provide advanced troubleshooting assistance and diagnostic support for applications and environments
Document customer interactions in CRM and support beta/sprint activities for assigned products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field
3 years of related experience with database systems (Oracle, SQL, MySQL)
Experience with internet applications and transport protocols (SMTP, FTP, HTTP, SSH)
Familiarity with enterprise-level EDI processing software (e.g., Axway B2Bi, IBM Sterling Integrator)
Proficient in programming languages (Java, C++, Perl) and operating systems (UNIX, Linux, Windows)
