Senior Director of Learning & Development
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Learning & Development for USPAH.
Key Responsibilities
Set strategic objectives for Learning & Development and execute goals to deliver business value
Build and sustain a learning curriculum to enhance organizational capability and sales effectiveness
Measure and report on the success of learning programs through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in adult education training or related fields
Direct supervision experience in Learning and Development
Deep knowledge of organization development, curriculum development, and adult learning principles
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect learning to business outcomes
