A company is looking for a Senior German Payroll Analyst. Key Responsibilities: Manage the monthly payroll cycle and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees Monitor changes in payroll legislation and adapt internal policies as necessary Provide payroll reporting and insights to the business as required Required Qualifications: Fluent in English & German (written and spoken) Strong payroll experience, preferably in a sole position or small team Knowledge of external regulations relevant to payroll Experience processing annual payroll activities Able to build and adapt payroll processes
