Senior HR Project Partner
A company is looking for an HR Partner - Projects Sr to lead and facilitate operations processes and manage key projects.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate team processes and workflows to optimize operations and provide recommendations for enhancements
Assess data entry into HRIS and its flow between systems throughout the data's lifecycle
Manage project initiatives for the HR Operations team to support business segments
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of professional HR experience, including 2-3 years managing complex HR programs and projects
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Knowledge of HRIS and experience with various human resource information systems
2+ years of advanced experience in HRIS/HR analytics, with ADP/Workday experience preferred
