Senior Learning and Development Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Learning & Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with the GLD leader to implement the global development strategy and maintain development tools and programs
Develops and facilitates high-impact workshops and programs to enhance team and leadership capabilities
Utilizes instructional design techniques and learning technology to deliver effective training and measure participant outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
5+ years' experience in instructional design and training delivery
5+ years' experience in project and program management
Proficiency in learning and development tools such as Cornerstone LMS and Microsoft tools
Experience in designing and maintaining global onboarding and employee experience programs is a plus
