Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Dealer Experience team, enhancing sales operations efficiency and customer satisfaction
Establish and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to drive operational excellence
Collaborate cross-functionally to design training programs and monitor customer satisfaction metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field with 10+ years of professional experience, including 6-8+ years in Sales Operations or related functions
Proven ability to develop and track KPIs and analyze performance metrics
Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in budget analysis, financial reporting, and compliance risk management
