7+ years of experience in customer insights, analytics, or optimization roles
Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
Proven experience managing and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment
