Senior Manager of People and Culture
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee human resources strategy, including planning, policy development, and compliance
Lead recruitment strategies focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and retention of talent
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources role
Experience in consulting on employee relations or in a supervisory role
Previous experience in a nonprofit setting is preferred
Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software
